Lila Rose - Guide

I began my training in the womb. Raised by a mother who is a Jungian dream analyst and psychotherapist, I was introduced to numerous healing modalities from the very beginning of life. I continued my pursuit of understanding and growth by attending the prestigious Etobicoke School of the Arts as a drama major and received a full scholarship for my university studies in environmental geography.

Alongside my roles as an artist and activist, I am also a certified nature therapy guide and coach, with training from the John Maxwell and Jay Shetty coach certification schools. Throughout the years, I have immersed myself in various leadership, self-development, and healer training programs, including Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Solsara, Landmark Education, Reiki level III, Master In Transformational Training Legacy Program, Osho, mindfulness and Vipassana meditation, and Ganja Yoga teacher certification training.

Drawing from over 30 years of research, training, and development as a healer, performer, creator, leader, and activist, our sessions together will be informed and directed by a rich tapestry of experiences.

Holly Pyle - Guide

After earning degrees in music and psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2010, Holly Pyle embarked on a dual path as both a performer and a coach. Her vocal talent, described as a blend of "the smooth richness of Billie Holiday with the fluttering tones of Merrill Garbus" (Phoenix New Times), has led her to innovative work in vocal loop arranging and barrier-pushing songwriting. She regularly performs jazz across the West Coast and tours nationally with the folk rock group Live from Laurel Canyon. Simultaneously, Holly applied her academic background to develop a unique coaching practice that integrates music and psychology. Her approach supports a wide range of students, whether they're focusing on vocal performance, songwriting, or broader life coaching. Through a combination of physical and mental exercises, she emphasizes the importance of mindset and mindfulness for achieving sustainable artistry and personal vitality. Since 2014, she has guided hundreds of people toward healthier relationships with their craft and themselves. Recently, Holly expanded her creative pursuits by producing music-inspired abstract pen art and releasing an original solo alternative pop record under the name Elyp.
